A great
tasting salad with a bit of heat.
INGREDIENTS
40 grams
mixed baby green leaf lettuce
60 grams
chopped grape or cherry tomatoes
60 grams
chopped cucumber
1/4 cup
cooked mixed beans
2
tablespoons cooked rice
1
tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons
olive oil
1 teaspoon
liquid honey
1/8
teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
Drop
Tabasco hot sauce
Pinch salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix
together the lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, beans and rice in a salad bowl; set
aside.
Whisk
together the remaining ingredients and drizzle over salad.
Enjoy!
