Delicious Turkey Wings

Are you looking for a great way to use up those inexpensive turkey wings you see packaged up at the butcher shop? Well this is a tasty way to serve them up.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 to 3 pounds turkey wings, split and tips removed
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
1/4 cup GF soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Mix the hot sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper together in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
Add the turkey wings and swish together to coat well.
Seal the bag removing as much of the air as possible and place in the refrigerator.
Leave in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours, turning over every hour.
Pour the contents of the bag in a baking dish and cook in a preheated 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 1 hour, turning over every 20 minutes.
Turn the broiler on and broil for 5 minutes or until the skin is crispy.
Enjoy!
