"Cheater" Eggs in Purgatory

I call this "Cheater" eggs in purgatory because I use leftover Italian pasta meat sauce for this instead of making it from scratch. I make this often when I have guests over for breakfast after a night of too much fun, lol. It is quick and easy to put together and always enjoyed by all. I usually heat the pasta sauce in the microwave oven for a quick start.

INGREDIENTS
3 1/2 cups leftover meat pasta sauce, heated through
6 to 8 eggs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Pour hot pasta sauce into a 9" deep dish pie plate.
Make an indentation in sauce with a large spoon crack the shell and place egg in indentation; repeat for remainder of eggs. Season eggs with salt and pepper.
Place in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 20 minutes or until white of eggs is cooked and yolk is to you desired doneness.
Serve with crusty bread or toast.
