This lightly coated fish tastes so good. Serve it up with a side of rice or french fries for a great meal.
INGREDIENTS
1 pound bass fish filets
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/3 cup your favorite gluten free flour mix
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese powder
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Place the flour, Parmesan powder, oregano, parsley, garlic and pepper in a large re-sealable plastic bag; shake to mix.
Add the fish, seal bag and shake to coat the fish.
Heat the oil to medium high in a non-stick pan, remove the filets from bag and add to the pan; cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through. This will depend on how thick your fish filets are. The fish will flake when poked with a fork when it is cooked through.
Enjoy!
