A quick, easy and tasty salmon recipe I really enjoy. I use mild curry powder in this recipe but you can use spicy curry powder
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces salmon filet
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon mild curry powder
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 lemon, sliced thin (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly drizzle with avocado oil.
Place the fish on the parchment paper, skin side down and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the mayo and curry powder together and spread over the flesh of the fish with the back of a spoon, top with lemon slices if using.
Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 20 minutes or until the flesh flakes when poked with a fork, this will depend on the thickness of the fish.
Enjoy!
