This rice
recipe is perfect for a busy workday diner, it is quick and easy to put
together and it tastes good enough to serve to special guests.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup GF instant rice
1 cup water
2 cloves
garlic, minced
2
tablespoons butter
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons
orange marmalade
2 teaspoon GF chicken bouillon granules
DIRECTIONS
Melt the
butter in a sauce pan and add the garlic and rice; cook while stirring until
the rice starts to turn golden on the sides, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the
remaining ingredients and bring to a boil; remove from heat, cover and let sit
for 10 minutes.
Fluff with
a fork and serve.
