Orange Creamsicle Popsicle -Copycat

This is a recipe I came up with when trying to copy the "Popsicle" brand "Creamsicle" sold in stores; it was a big hit with the kids. You can add a bit of red and yellow food coloring to this before blending it if you want it to a more of an orange color.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 package Jell-O instant vanilla pudding mix (4 serving size)
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1 teaspoon pure orange extract

DIRECTIONS
Combine the milk, cream, pudding mix, marmalade and extract in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Pour into 6 (5 ounce) plastic or paper disposable cups and let sit for 10 minutes. (The sit time is to allow the bubbles to settle)
Place the cups in the freezer for an hour then add the popsicle sticks to the center of popsicles.
Freeze the pops overnight. (To release the pops from the cups run them under cold water for a few seconds then push on the bottom of the cup while pulling on the popsicle stick)
Enjoy!
