Grilled Ham and Cheese Raisin Bagel

This simple recipe is one I really enjoy. This can be made ahead and packed away for your work lunch, eat it cold or reheat it in the microwave. I serve this with a bowl of soup and it makes for a hearty lunch.

INGREDIENTS
1 raisin bagel, sliced (I use the UDI’s brand)
2 ounces thinly sliced GF deli ham
1 ounce slice fresh mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the cheese and meat in between the sliced bagel and place in the skillet.
With a sturdy spatula, press down on the bagel and cook until browned, about 3 minutes.
Turn the bagel over and repeat for the other side.
Remove from skillet, slice and serve.
If packing this away for your work lunch, allow this to cool completely before wrapping it up.
Enjoy!
