Grilled Asian Beef Skewers

These are great tasting skewers I serve often when I have guests over. I marinate them ahead of time, place them on the skewers then keep them refrigerated until ready to grill. For the gluten free oyster sauce I use my Gluten Free Oyster Sauce Replacement but feel free to use your favourite.

2 pounds cubed beef
1 cup water
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup GF oyster sauce
1/2 tablespoon seasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoons prepared minced ginger
1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a large re-sealable plastic bag, mix together all the ingredients except for the beef cubes.
Add the beef cubes, swish together to coat and seal the bag taking as much of the air out as you can.
Marinate refrigerated for about 4 hours.
Remove the beef cubes from marinade and place on skewers.
Place on grill over direct medium-high heat and cook to desired doneness.
