INGREDIENTS
1 pound trout fillet
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1-2 cloves garlic, pushed through garlic press
lemon pepper
salt
DIRECTIONS
Place the trout fillet, skin side down on a double layer of
foil that has been coated with olive oil.
Pat the top of the fillet dry and sprinkle with salt and
lemon pepper to taste.
Rub the pressed garlic over the top of the trout fillet with
the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the chopped green onion over the fillet.
Fold the two foil pieces into a packet, making sure the packet
is well sealed.
Place in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for
20 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork. The cook time may vary
depending on how thick your fillet it.
