Italian Bean Salad

This is a great salad to bring to potluck dinners, it always goes over quite well. It is quick and easy to put together. I like making it in the morning and letting it sit in the refrigerator to allow the flavours to meld for a few hours.

INGREDIENTS
1 (19 oz) can mixed beans
1 (12 oz) can whole kernel corn
1 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup your favourite GF Italian salad dressing
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS
Rinse and drain the can of beans and drain the can of corn.
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and refrigerate for a couple of hours to allow the flavours to meld.
Serve.
