INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 white onion, minced (about 1/2 cup to
3/4 cup)
1 egg
3 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
1 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
3 tablespoons gluten free all-purpose
flour
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and
shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs.
Cook over medium-high heat until
cooked through.
Serve with your favourite
dipping sauce.
