INGREDIENTS
1 cup Hellman’s/Best
Foods 1/2 the fat mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
parmesan cheese (grated)
2 tablespoons agave
nectar
1 medium head
cauliflower, broken into bit size pieces
1 medium head
lettuce, broken into salad size pieces
5-6 green onions,
green and white parts, chopped
1/2 cup GF bacon
bits
DIRECTIONS
Mix together the
mayo, parmesan cheese and the agave nectar in a large bowl.
Toss in the
remaining ingredients, mix well and allow to sit in the refrigerator for a
coupe of hours before serving.
