Sesame-Ginger Venison

This is a quick and easy meal I like to make on a busy night. I serve this over hot rice or cooked Chinese style rice noodles.

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons GF low-sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon molasses
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 pound venison steak, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup GF beef broth
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons sesame seed, toasted

DIRECTIONS
Combine soy sauce, molasses and ginger in a small bowl.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat; add venison strips and garlic and cook through.
Reduce heat to medium and stir in sauce mixture and beef broth.
In the same bowl, blend a bit of water with the cornstarch until smooth; add to skillet.
Bring to a boil; stir constantly until mixture becomes translucent, about 2 minutes.
Spoon over rice or noodles and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
