INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon ground
cumin seeds
1 teaspoon ground
fennel seeds
1 teaspoon ground
coriander seeds
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons
Splenda Brown sugar blend (or regular brown sugar if you like)
1 tablespoon sea
salt
1 tablespoon garlic
powder
1 tablespoon onion
powder
1 tablespoon
freshly ground black pepper
5 tablespoons
smoked paprika
4 -6oz salmon steaks
DIRECTIONS
Mix all of the dry ingredients
together in a bowl. Rub some of the dry ingredients mixture over the salmon and
let sit for 10 minutes; reapply additional mixture as liquid is released from
the salmon.
Cook the salmon on high heat
on an open flame grill to caramelize the rub.
Grill about 5 minutes per side depending on thickness and preference, until fish flakes when poked with a fork. (This can also be done in the broiler on a greased cast iron griddler)
