Easiest Ever Long Grain Rice

This is for me the best way to cook long grain rice, it always turns out perfectly.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups chicken stock
1 cup long grain white rice
1 tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS
Bring these ingredients to a boil in pot.
Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and let simmer for 15 minutes. Do not remove lid.
Remove pot from burner and set aside for 5 minutes.
Give the pot a good shake and serve.
