Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce

This is a sauce I make with my frozen tomatoes from the garden. I sometimes add cooked ground beef or ground turkey to the casserole dish before popping this into the oven.

INGREDIENTS
10 average sized frozen tomatoes
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
good sprinkle of salt
fresh ground pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS
Thaw the tomatoes completely; remove and discard the skins.
Place all the ingredients in a casserole dish and bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
Mash and serve over pasta.
