This is my buddy Sarah's delicious meatloaf recipe. It is by far the best meatloaf I have ever had.
INGREDIENTS

eggs
3/4
cup milk
1/2
cup fine gluten free bread crumbs
1/4
cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons
snipped parsley (I use dry)
1 teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon ground sage
1/8
teaspoon pepper
11/2
pounds lean ground beef
1/4
cup ketchup
2 tablespoons
brown sugar
1 teaspoon
dry mustard
DIRECTIONS
Combine
eggs, milk; stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper.
Add
beef; mix well.
Pat
into a loaf pan and bake for 11/4 hours at 350 degrees.
Spoon
off excess fat.
Combine
ketchup, sugar, and dry mustard; spread over meat.
Return
to oven for 10 minutes.
Remove
and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy.
