Flavoured Dipping Oil

This is perfect to dip GF crusty bread pieces in. Serve it as an appetizer or a side.  I prepare the herb mixture ahead of time for this so I always have it on hand.

1 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup olive oil

Herb Mixture:
1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

In a small bowl combine 4 tsp of the herb mixture with the water and garlic; microwave uncovered, on high for 15 seconds.
Drain excess water.
Mix with oil and transfer to a shallow serving plate.
Break apart GF crusty bread and dip into mixture.
