2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
1 large tomato, finely diced
1 (247 ml) can green chiles, drained
2 green onion, finely chopped
1 large clove garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon lime juice
freshly ground pepper to taste
salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocado.
Drizzle the lime juice over mashed avocado and mix well.
Mix in green chiles, tomatoes, green onions, cilantro and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well; refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
Pour into serving vessel and serve.
