INGREDIENTS
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup jasmine rice
1 cup water
2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the peppers and onion; cook until onion and peppers soften.
Pour the contents of the skillet in a rice cooker along with the remaining ingredients and give it a good stir.
Turn rice cooker on and let it run it's course.
Fluff the rice and enjoy!
