Honey, Dill and Dijon Mustard Glazed Salmon -YUM

This quick and easy recipe is a favorite here. The glaze is so delicious and can be prepared ahead of time to make it even quicker to the table.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound salmon filet
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon dill paste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS
Whisk together the oil, honey, mustard and dill paste; set aside.
Coat a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray and place the fish, skin side down, in the pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and brush the glaze over the fish making sure to cover the sides also. Use all of the glaze, cake it on there this stuff is good.
Place in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (This will depend on the thickness of the filet)
Enjoy!
