Honey Mustard Tilapia

This tilapia recipe is loaded with flavor!! You can use any type of whitefish for this, such as catfish, cod, haddock and pickerel. The recipe is for one fillet of fish but can easily be increased for more.

INGREDIENTS
8 ounce tilapia fillet
1 tablespoon reduced fat mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
1 teaspoon liquid honey
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Coat a baking dish with non-stick spray and place the fillet in dish.
Sprinkle the onion powder over the tilapia and season with salt and pepper to taste. (I use a lot of pepper because I like this spicy)
Mix together the remaining ingredients and brush onto the fish using all of the mixture.
Place in a preheated 425 degree Fahrenheit oven and cook for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when poked with a fork. (The cook time will depend on how thick the fillet is)
Enjoy!
