This is a
great side that is quick and easy to prepare and goes well with just about
anything.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup GF chicken broth
1 cup GF instant rice
2
tablespoons butter
1
tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
1/2
teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup
frozen pea and carrot mix
Season with GF soy sauce to taste (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Bring the
chicken broth to a boil and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and
set aside for 10 minutes.
Fluff with
