Side Minute Rice Dish

This is a great side that is quick and easy to prepare and goes well with just about anything.

1 cup GF chicken broth
1 cup GF instant rice
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup frozen pea and carrot mix
Season with GF soy sauce to taste (optional)

Bring the chicken broth to a boil and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and enjoy!

*Please keep in mind that not all dried herbs and spices are gluten free so check the labels to make sure the brand you are using is gluten free. The same applies for prepackaged store-bought items, check the labels to be sure.
