This is a great tasting oatmeal recipe I really enjoy. You
can eat this hot or cold.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup GF dry oatmeal
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon, GF cherry, blueberry, raspberry or strawberry
jam
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 teaspoon GF graham crumbs
DIRECTIONS
Place the oats and water in a microwave safe bowl and cook
at high power for 1 minute or until cooked. (This will vary from one microwave
to another)
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Enjoy!
*Please keep in mind that not all dried herbs and spices are gluten free so check the labels to make sure the brand you are using is gluten free. The same applies for prepackaged store-bought items, check the labels to be sure.
