Spicy Asian Shrimp Skewers

The spicy skewers have just the right amount of heat for us, if you are not a fan of heat just tone down the amount of Sriracha sauce.

1 pound medium sized cooked shrimp
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 tablespoons GF orange marmalade
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon prepared minced ginger
1 tablespoon GF Sriracha sauce

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, stirring every half hour.
Place the shrimp on 8 skewers.
Place on a foil lined rimmed baking sheet that has been coated with non-stick spray
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes until heated through.
Serve over cooked rice.

 *Please keep in mind that not all dried herbs and spices are gluten free so check the labels to make sure the brand you are using is gluten free. The same applies for prepackaged store-bought items, check the labels to be sure.
