INGREDIENTS
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 pound strawberries, chopped
1/2 of an onion sliced into thin rounds
1/3 cup capers
1/2 cup cooked millet or quinoa
3 tablespoons GF mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Creamy Mustard Dill Dressing
DIRECTIONS
Whisk the mayonnaise and creamy mustard dill dressing in a
large bowl and add the lettuce, strawberries, onion rounds, capers and millet.
Toss to coat.
Enjoy!
