Spicy Rib or Chicken Wing Sauce

This is a sauce I use when making oven- roasted wings or ribs. This is enough to coat 2.5 pounds of meat.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup GF barbecue sauce of choice
1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes
1/2 onion, chopped finely

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Coat a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray; place meat on baking sheet and cook until lightly browned.
Meanwhile stir all sauce ingredients together in bowl.
In roasting pan, toss browned meat and prepared sauce together and bake covered until cooked through.
Remove cover from pan and cook an additional 10 minutes.
Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
