Beer Marinade for Grilling Steak

This is a great marinade I copied from a Member over at Recipezazz. She is Sue Lau and has loads of great recipes. She also has a great blog where she posts some great recipes A Palatable Pastime

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup GF beer (I use New Grist)
1/4 cup apple cider or 1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1 teaspoon kosher salt

DIRECTIONS

Mix together and use as marinade for grilled meats.
