This is enough to coat about 3
pounds of fish fillets. Then end result is a tasty, light, crispy coated fish.
This dredge can be made ahead but must be kept refrigerated until ready to use.
This also works great on chicken tenders.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried basil
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag
and seal bag.
Shake to mix well.
Rinse the fish and place a few pieces at a time in the bag
and shake to coat.
Pan-fry or deep fry until cooked through, the cook time will
vary depending on how thick the fish fillets are.
