A nice refreshing salad I
like to make during those hot summer days. This is a tad bit on the spicy side,
but, can be toned down by adjusting the amount of red pepper flakes.
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon miso paste
1/2 tablespoon rice wine
vinegar
1/2 tablespoon honey
1/2 tablespoon hot water
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon crushed red
pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame
seeds
1 medium English cucumber,
thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
Combine first 7 ingredients
in a large bowl and mix well.
Add cucumber and toss to
coat.
Enjoy!
