Moroccan Seasoning

This is a spice mix I use regularly in many dishes. It is great for seasoning poultry, fish and pork.


INGREDIENTS
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, ground
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
2 1/2 tablespoons paprika
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon sea salt
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
