Corned Beef Dinner -Crock-Pot

This meal is comfort food for me. It is sooo good, and very easy to put together. I usually serve this with fresh GF buns to soak up the juices.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 pound GF corned beef brisket, cut into bite size pieces
2 cups hot water
1/2 tablespoon GF ketchup
1/2 tablespoon GF prepared mustard
2 bay leaves
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch ground cloves
1 cup cabbage, rough chopped
1 cup turnip, diced
2 potatoes, diced
2 carrots, chopped
1 onion, chopped

DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix together the water, molasses, ketchup, bay leaf, garlic powder and ground cloves.
Pour into crock-pot and add corned beef.
Add remaining ingredients and cover.
Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
