Caesar Mashed Potatoes

This is a great way to spruce up mashed taters. These always go over well.


INGREDIENTS
2 pounds potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup creamy GF Caesar dressing (I use my homemade recipe)
1/4 cup real GF bacon bits
2 tablespoons parsley

DIRECTIONS
Cook potatoes in water until tender.
Drain potatoes.
Mash potatoes.
Mix potatoes with remaining ingredients.
Serve.
