BBQ Steak and Mushroom Salad for 1

This is a great way to use up leftover steak. The delicious dressing is made with BBQ sauce.


INGREDIENTS
1 generous cupful baby spinach
1/3 cup chopped left-over grilled steak
4-6 medium white mushrooms, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon GF BBQ sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
Toss together the first 3 ingredients; set aside.
In a small bowl, mix together the oil, vinegar, BBQ sauce and garlic powder and drizzle over salad.
Enjoy
