INGREDIENTS
6 cups hulled, chopped strawberries
2 cups white vinegar
2 cups white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a large re-sealable plastic bag
and refrigerate for 3 to 4 days.
Strain the juices through a fine sieve into a large
container.
Pour into an airtight container and store in a cool dark
place until ready to use. I keep mine in mason jars.
Discard strained strawberries.
