Baked Beans (Crock-Pot)

These beans are very easy to put together. Throw everything in the crock-pot and let them cook away.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups dried navy beans
1/2 pound bacon, sliced thin
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup GF ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon GF molasses
1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Pinch ground cloves

DIRECTIONS
Place beans in large bowl and cover with water; let soak overnight.
Place drained beans in a 4 quart crock-pot.
Add bacon, onions and garlic.
In a bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, molasses, dry mustard, salt, pepper and cloves with 1 cup hot water, making sure sugar is dissolved.
Pour over the beans.
Add enough water to cover the beans.
Place cover on crock-pot and cook on high for 8 hours.
