Venison Breakfast Sausage Patties

These are yummy breakfast sausage patties. These may be frozen. Freeze them first on a cookie sheet, and then when completely frozen, portion them in freezer bags. You can also use ground lamb for this.

INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground venison
1/2 pound ground pork
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon sage
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together making sure to distribute seasoning evenly throughout the meat.
Press 1/4 cup portion of mixture into patties.
Fry in a skillet at low heat until no longer pink in the middle.
