Maple Walnut Salad Dressing

This is a fantastic salad dressing I use often; it works really well with salads topped with chicken, ham or bacon.

8 ounces pure maple syrup
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash fresh ground pepper

Pulse all the ingredients together in a blender until the walnuts are into small bits.
Pour into a jar, cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
