Moroccan Rotisserie Chicken

This rotisserie chicken turns out so moist and tender, not to mention delicious!! I put this in the marinade first thing in the morning and let marinate all day.

1 (3 to 4 pound) whole chicken
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon GF soy sauce

Mix the water, seasoning, vegetable oil and soy sauce in a large re-sealable.
Add the chicken and garlic and swish to coat the chicken.
Seal the bag and allow marinating in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours.
Remove the chicken from marinade and discard marinade.
Place the chicken in rotisserie oven and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 1/2 hours or until cooked through and meat thermometer inserted in chicken reads 165 degrees.
