Fish Crisp

This is a great recipe for coating fish. It is not overly heavy which is why I like it. It works well for both baking and frying fish.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup GF all-purpose flour
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons onion salt
1 tablespoon basil

DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a re-sealable plastic bag.
Rinse fish fillets and place in the bag; toss to coat.
Use your favourite method to cook the fish.
