Quick and Easy Gluten Free Mushroom Gravy

Most gravies are thickened with flour, but this one is thickened with corn starch. It is as the title claims, quick and easy and not to mention quite tasty.

3 cups water plus 2 tablespoons, divided
1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
2 teaspoons GF dehydrated beef bouillon granules
1/2 teaspoon GF Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons corn starch

Place 3 cups water, mushrooms, bouillon granules, Worcestershire sauce and bay leaves in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
Return to high heat and bring to a boil.
Mix 2 tablespoons water with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and pour into boiling mixture.
Stir until thickened and removed from heat.
