Cauliflower and Bacon -Keto Friendly

This is tasty side dish I like to serve with chicken breast or cooked fresh shrimp. This recipe is for 2 servings.



INGREDIENTS
10 ounces cauliflower florets
5 chopped slices bacon (175 grams)

DIRECTIONS
Place the bacon slices in a skillet and gook until slightly crispy, add the cauliflower florets and cook until a la dente.
Remove the bacon and cauliflower from skillet and with a slotted spoon place on a plate that is covered with a couple of layers of paper towels.
Allow to cool for about a minute and serve.
