Light Curry Quinoa with Raisins -Rice Cooker

This is a nice side I like to serve with any curry main dish. It has lovely light Indian flavors.

INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups low sodium vegetable broth
1 cup dried quinoa
1/4 cup dried raisins
1 tablespoon unsalted butter or coconut oil
Heavy dash each turmeric, ginger, cardamom, ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder and cinnamon

DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a rice cooker and give it a stir.
Turn rice cooker on and let it run it's course.
When the rice cooker has completed it's cycle, open lid, fluff lightly and let sit for a few minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
