Chicken "Un" Fried Rice

I called this "unfried" rice because this is not made like the typical fried rice recipes. I make this in a rice cooker and it always turns out perfectly cooked and seasoned.

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup long grain white rice
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder
1 teaspoon old fashioned grainy mustard

DIRECTIONS
Mix all the ingredients in the rice cooker, turn rice cooker on and let it run it's course.
Once the rice cooker is done, open lid and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving,
Enjoy!
