Frank's RedHot Marinated Chicken Drumsticks.

5 ingredients are all you need to make these great tasting drumsticks. I serve these with a side of cooked rice or a baked potato to drizzle those amazing leftover juices over. If you do not have access to the Frank's RedHot Sauce I do have a copycat recipe for it Here

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds chicken drumsticks
4 cloves garlic, processed through garlic press
1 1/4 cups Frank’s RedHot Sauce
2 tablespoons GF soy sauce
1 teaspoon onion powder

DIRECTIONS
Mix the garlic, hot sauce, soy sauce and onion powder in a large re-sealable plastic bag.
Add the drumsticks and swish to coat.
Seal the bag taking out as much air as possible and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
Pour the contents of plastic bag in a 8 inch square roasting pan and cook in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 30 minutes; turn over the chicken pieces and cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and turn the broiler on.
Take the chicken pieces out of the roasting pan and place them on a rimmed baking sheet on the top rack of the oven and broil for about 3 to 5 minutes per side or until the skin is crispy.
Brush the chicken pieces with some of the sauce and serve.

  1. These are super yum! I Love that these are marinated which is reason for the successful outcome. Brought these over to my sister-in-laws for 4th of July celebration, thus instead of finishing them off in the broiler, crisped them up over the grill! It was a huge success for everyone with lots of compliments. Thanks so much, Bea, for sharing. Made it for FYC.
