INGREDIENTS
250 grams GF thinly sliced prosciutto
10 oz mozzarella cheese
Handful fresh basil leaves (20 to 24 leaves)
DIRECTIONS
Cut the mozzarella cheese into 3/4 inch fingers the same width ad the prosciutto.
Place a slice of prosciutto on a flat work surface and place a couple of basil leaves across it; place a piece of cheese on top of the basil and roll the prosciutto around it.
Slice it in half and proceed the same way with the remaining ingredients.
Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy!
