The Alfredo/Lox mixture coats the noodles perfectly in this
dish. It turns out creamy and delicious. If you are a lox lover you will
definitely enjoy this.
INGREDIENTS
120 gram rice fettuccine pasta noodles
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup jarred GF Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoon cream cheese
2 ounces lox chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta noodle and
cook until softened; drain.
In the meantime, bring the oil to medium heat and add the
garlic, cook until it just starts to brown.
Whisk in the Alfredo sauce, cream cheese, lox and dried dill.
Cook until heated through, stir in the lemon juice and keep
warm until pasta is ready.
Mix with the pasta noodles and serve.
