Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings

These are sweet and spicy broiled chicken wings we really enjoy.

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds split chicken wings
2 tablespoons fancy molasses
2 tablespoons GF BBQ sauce
1 tablespoon Frank’s RedHot sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch salt

DIRECTIONS
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and place the wings on the foil in one layer.
Preheat the broiler and place the wings on the top shelf of the broiler (6” from heat) and broil for 10 minutes, turn over and broil for another 10 minutes or until cooked through and no longer pink by the bone. (This will depend on the thickness of the wings)
Whisk all the remaining ingredients together and toss with broiled wings until well coated.
Enjoy!

  2. The chicken wings were awesome prepared this way, we are really happy that I tagged them. Loved the heat in the sauce, it balances the sweetness from the molasses perfectly. Thanks for sharing Bea. Made for Best of 2016. (BK)
