This is a fantastic salad dressing I use often; it works
really well with salads topped with chicken, ham or bacon.
INGREDIENTS
8 ounces pure maple syrup
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash fresh ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
Pulse all the ingredients together in a blender until the
walnuts are into small bits.
Pour into a jar, cover and store in the refrigerator until
ready to use.
*Please keep in mind that not all dried herbs and spices are gluten free so check the labels to make sure the brand you are using is gluten free. The same applies for prepackaged store-bought items, check the labels to be sure. If in doubt, call the toll free number on packaging to be safe and to make your cooking/eating experience is truly gluten free.
